Our online store allows you to purchase our goods. Contact our customer care at if you have any questions. Until payment is received in full, all goods remain our property. Law Enforcement will be informed and legal actions initiated in case of any fraud attempts against our website. Planetized.shop reserves the right to refuse service, keep an order on hold, or conduct additional research in relation to possible illicit activities even if this results in delays of a delivery. The checkout screen only accepts the payment methods listed there. No other forms of payments will be accepted.
Planetized.shop retains the right to have minor variations in material, color, weight, dimensions, or manufacture that deviate to how the products appear on the online store. this rule applies to type errors, pricing adjustments, and stock changes.
2 - Delivery & Shipping
Depending on the nation you live in, USPS will send all shipments. Your shipping confirmation will come with a tracking link. The address you enter at checkout will be used to send the order. Depending on the shipping country, the price, currency, VAT, and shipping charge will be modified.
a. Shipping costs and turnaround time.
Delivery should take between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the shipping location. Prior to making the final purchase, the shipping charge will be shown during checkout.
b. Uncollected packages
We will charge 30 USD for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
c. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local courier branch.

4 – Returns and Complaints
The Law of the State of California applies. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 15 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
5 - Refunds
You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Planetized.shop will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
6 - Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. According to Law of the State of California the store has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.
7. Applicable law
